Wall mounted ultrasonic flowmeterIt can be divided into: split type ultrasonic flowmeter(The host is equipped with wall mounted standard type, wall mounted explosion-proof type, disk mounted standard type, and local display type)Ultrasonic flowmeter module, economical ultrasonic flowmeter.
1、 Wall mounted ultrasonic flowmeterFEATURES:
1. Measurement accuracy: 1%;
2. Working power supply: isolated 8-36VDC or 85-265VAC;
3. Power consumption: Operating current of 50mA (without connecting keyboard and buzzer);
4. Optional output: 1 road brick isolated RS485 output;
1 isolated 4-20mA or 0-20mA output (active or passive optional);
Dual channel isolated OTC output (programmable between 0CT1 pulse width 6-1000ms, default 200ms);
1 bidirectional serial peripheral universal interface, which can directly connect multiple external devices such as 4-20mA analog output board, frequency signal output board, thermal printer, data recorder, etc. through serial connection;
5. Optional input: Three 4-20mA analog input circuits;
6. Display: 2 * 10 Chinese character backlit display (bilingual Chinese and English optional);
7. Operation: 16 key or 4 key window operation;
8. Other functions: Automatically remember the first 512 days, the first 128 months, and the annual positive and negative net cumulative flow. Automatically remember the first 30 power on and off times and flow rates, and can achieve automatic or manual replenishment. It can also be read out through the MODBUS protocol;
9. Flow sensors: external application type, insertion type, pipe segment type.
2、 Installation of Ultrasonic Flow Sensor
1. Select appropriate installation measurement points;
2. Choose the appropriate installation method based on the on-site situation or the type of sensor purchased;
(1) Type selection of plug-in flow sensor: plug-in type B, installation method: Z-method
(2) Pipeline flow sensor: The parameters have been set before leaving the factory, and it can be installed directly by cutting off the pipe;
3. Input pipeline parameters and calculate the installation distance between two flow sensors;
4. On site installation of sensors;
5. Signal inspection (check whether the installation meets the requirements through windows 91, 91, and 92;)
3、 Select flow measurement point
To ensure measurement accuracy and stability, the installation point of the sensor should be selected in the smooth and evenly distributed straight pipe section (the pipeline must be filled with liquid during normal use). The following principles must be followed:
1,Select the position of the full pipe, such as a straight pipe section (where fluid flows upwards) or a horizontal pipe section.
2. The installation point should choose a uniform straight pipe section with upstream diameter greater than 10 times the straight pipe diameter and downstream diameter greater than 5 times the straight pipe diameter, including any valves, elbows, reducers, etc. The installation point should fully consider the sources of disturbance such as valves, pumps, high-voltage electricity, and frequency converters.
3. Avoid installing at high points in pipeline systems or on vertical channels with free outlets (where fluid flows downwards).
4. For open or semi full pipes, flow meters should be installed at the U-shaped pipe section.
5. Two sensors must be installed horizontally around the pipeline and within a range of ± 45 ℃ of the axis horizontal position to prevent phenomena such as incomplete pipes, bubbles, or sedimentation in the upper part from affecting the normal measurement of the sensors. If the installation location is limited by space and cannot be installed horizontally symmetrically, sensors can be installed vertically or at an angle while ensuring that there are no bubbles in the pipe.
3、 Construction requirements for instrument well
If the on-site sensor is installed in the instrument well, a certain installation space must be required for people to operate it upright, that is, the distance between the pipe wall and the wall should be at least 600mm, that is, the width should be greater than (D+700 * 2), and the axial width of the instrument well L should be greater than D+1200mm. When installing the sensor, it should avoid flanges, welds, and reducers, and try to install it within ± 45 ℃ of the horizontal position of the pipeline axis.
